Our Process

INQUIRY

  • After you submit your inquiry form (located right on this website), you’re in our system.

  • We will confirm our availability & send a link to easily set up a virtual consultation (we need to get to know each other).

  • Once we have the details of your desired bridal beauty experience, a proposal will be outlined for your review.

When should I book?

  • Trish Van Zee & Co. is a boutique bridal beauty company servicing only one wedding per date and book weddings as early as 18 months out. Do you research and narrow down your top two favorite bridal beauty companies…then book someone asap. There are so many amazing bridal artists in South Florida (we all love each other!). Secure your date quickly.

Do we have a booking minimum?

  • There is a $1000 booking minimum during peak season dates of Friday, Saturdays + Sundays in the months of January-May and also September-December.


Step 2

BOOKING

  • Once you have completed the online proposal contract and submitted your 50% retainer, your date is officially booked! (ahh, that is a good feeling to check that off your list)

  • All bridal party services are put on one contract and we coordinate everything with one contact person (typically the bride who books).

  • It’s now time to scroll Pinterest to gather your inspo photos of how you envision yourself on YOUR dream bridal look.

Preview Trials

  • Bridal Previews (aka: trial runs) are highly suggested but not mandatory.

  • A bridal preview is the best way to soak up the ‘this is real’ feelings. When you see your hair/makeup completed on yourself, you are the inspo photo. This gives an opportunity for you to feel confident and ‘wear’ the look. The artists discuss what you like, suggest what flatters you most to achieve the look you want. The most important part of beauty on your wedding day is that you exude confidence.

  • We only schedule preview trials with a secured wedding date retainer deposit and bridal contract agreement.

  • Preview trials are scheduled 2-4 months prior to your wedding date.


Step 3

Ready, Set, Elevate Your Glow!

  • Our Palm Beach bridal hair and makeup artists specialize in bridal and traveling to work on-location. They will arrive, set up and prepare their work area that is best suited to provide a comfortable experience for you and your bridal party. This ensures you can relax a little longer, not get stuck in traffic, as we come to you!

Your Beauty Timeline

  • It is an exciting, high energy day. There will be so many questions and interupptions that will pull you in many directions on the morning of your wedding.

  • To keep on schedule, we will provide a beauty timeline weeks prior to your wedding. All ladies will be aware of their time slot and hair/skin prep guidelines. Our goal is to eliminate any stress the morning of during the getting ready hours. This also ensures that everyone knows when you are in the moment of beauty, and not to be interrupted.

  • This is by far my most favorite part of wedding days. The morning rise, all the girls together reminiscing old stories and preparing all together. The beauty timeline is the solution to keep everyone on schedule and prompt for their assigned time. We want everyone to be happy and enjoy this fun morning, while the guys are all out golfing.

Where are the services held?

  • All our services are 100% mobile for the ultimate luxury service of professional artists coming to you. We are experienced at setting up our glow stations within your suite space. We come fully prepared with lighting and power extensions.

How long do services take?

  • Each service is approximately 45-60 minutes and the bride always get extra time.

  • Your start time will depend on how many services need to be complete before your photographer arrives.

What kind of products are used?

  • Our artists all use high grade, professional products that are meant to last up to 16+ hours in all weather climates.

  • Each artist will consult the guest before each service to recommend the best suited style, look and product to use.

Professional Sanitation

  • All of our artists are licensed professionals who hold a current state-license and practice proper sanitation disinfection procedures.
